– Based on a quality check, QMS decides whether the test samples fulfill the quality requirement(s). References: avim/B-007, II-824-QMS-03, II-824-QMS-04, FS-743-QMS-04, FS-743-QMS-06 and FS-743-QMS-07. QMS directly informs ENG about the result.

基于质量检查，质量部决定被检样品是否符合质量要求。参照文件：avim/B-007, II-824-QMS-03, II-824-QMS-04, FS-743-QMS-04, FS-743-QMS-06, 以及FS-743-QMS-07.。质量部直接告知技术部检查结果。

– In case that the result of the quality check cannot fulfill the requirement(s), the sample(s) must be scrapped.

如果检查结果显示，不符合质量要求，被检样品必须报废。

– CTG defines the scrapping value.

财务控制定义报废价值。

– The financial process must be started by ENG immediately.

技术部必须立即启动财务流程。

– LOG is responsible for the physical handling (e.g. transportation to warehouse, SAP bookkeeping information exchange). These materials need to be stored in the waste material warehouse.

物流部负责组件的物理处理（例如，运送至仓库，SAP记账，信息交流）。这类材料需要存储在废品库

– Handling frequency: whenever it happens.

处理时间：一旦产生，立即处理。

5.2.3avim self test samples 埃孚内部测试样品

– ENG is responsible for avim self test samples.

技术部负责自测用样品的报废。

– They are in charge for data collection, organization and consideration of the financial process (# 5.4).

该部门负责数据收集，组织并考虑财务流程(# 5.4)。

– Involved departments: QMS, LOG, MFG, CTG, OFE

相关部门包括：质量部，物流部，生产部，财务控制，综合部。

– QMS proceeds the quality check. QMS decides whether the avim self test samples fulfill the quality requirement(s). References: avim/B-007, II-824-QMS-03, II-824-QMS-04, FS-743-QMS-04, FS-743-QMS-06, 以及FS-743-QMS-07. QMS directly informs ENG about the result.

– LOG is responsible for the physical handling (e.g. transportation to warehouse, SAP bookkeeping, information exchange). Test modules needs to be stored in the warehouse. In this case the modules must be clearly marked as scrapped modules. Dummy modules and test materials needs to be stored in the waste material warehouse.

物流部负责废料的物理处理（例如，运送至仓库，SAP记账，信息交流）。测试组件需要储存在仓库，并且必须有明确的报废组件的标识。Dummy组件和测试材料需要存储在废品库。
